What this website collects

The contact, booking and interest-list forms collect only what is needed to respond: your name, phone number and/or email address, preferred contact method, the general service you are interested in, an optional short non-emergency note, and (for bookings) preferred date and time of day.

What this website does not collect

• Detailed psychiatric, substance-use or medical history. Please do not include it in any form on this site. Clinical information is collected through Therapy House’s approved secure intake system.
• Payment details. No payment processor is connected to this site.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics. If analytics are added later, they will be privacy-conscious and used with consent where required, and this policy will be updated.

How submitted information is used

Submissions are sent to Therapy House’s intake mailbox so that Central Intake can respond to your request. Information is used to contact you about that request.

Clinical privacy and confidentiality

Consent, confidentiality and information-sharing for clinical care are explained during intake. Family members and other parties receive information only according to consent, confidentiality requirements and applicable law.
